This application allows individuals and trainers to record workouts for themselves or their clients.
The following features are included:
- Selection of Bodybuilding, Crossfit or Endurance exercises
- Option to create your own exercises
- Tracking of your progress over time
- Ability to challenge other registered users to complete a workout
- Creation of client sessions by personal trainers
